If you haven’t had the chance to see the amazing artwork of Peggy Collins then you simply must check her out. She has created some really special things for me personally…to which I am forever greatful. She is also an illustrator for Children’s Books, a College Professor, teaches Art Classes at Ellena’s Cafe in Napanee as well as has her work on display to check out while you stop in for a slice of pie or decadent lunch.
